Submit Artwork
Send us your brand logo (vector file). Our design team will place it on your chosen packaging.
Digital Mockup
Within 48 hours, you will receive a digital mockup for approval to ensure everything is perfect before printing.
Produce & Ship
Once approved, your order moves to our facility. Finished goods are assembled and shipped in 1-2 weeks.

What are the exact MOQ tiers for different packaging options?
Our standard stock packaging (Black/White ready-to-print palettes) starts at 50 units per layout. Custom-printed paper cardboard palettes require 500 units. For full bespoke manufacturing (custom injection molds, specialized tooling), the MOQ is 3,000 units.
Are your formulas compliant with EU and FDA regulations?
Yes. Our facility is GMPc and ISO 22716 certified. All formulations in our 218 Pro Library are talc-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and meticulously engineered to meet stringent EU, FDA, and UK cosmetics compliance standards. Full INCI lists and MSDS documentation are provided upon request.
What is the standard lead time for sampling and bulk production?
Sampling: Pre-formulated samples ship within 3-5 days. OEM lab prototyping takes 1-2 weeks.
Bulk Production: Private Label (50 MOQ) ships in 1-2 weeks after artwork approval. Custom paper (500 MOQ) takes 3-4 weeks. Full bespoke orders take 8-12 weeks due to tooling and R&D phases.
Do I own the formula if I proceed with Full Bespoke (OEM)?
If you choose our Private Label or Semi-Custom service utilizing our 218 Pro Library, the formulas remain the intellectual property of our lab. However, if you engage us for a Full Bespoke project requiring exclusive R&D and custom chemical engineering, you will own the final formula under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
How do you handle shipping logistics and customs?
We offer comprehensive EXW, FOB, and DDP shipping solutions globally. For indie brands and quick-turnaround private label orders, we utilize expedited air freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS). For large-scale bespoke orders, we optimize freight forwarding via sea to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
