HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRIVATE LABEL EYESHADOWS

Makeup Palette Pro supplys a variety of eyeshadow palettes and other makeup goods. We are willing to grow up with every start up beauty brand.

 

PRIVATE LABEL ORDERING PROCESS
Step one: Try our best selling eyeshadows makeup goods on your own skin, then you will tell which formula and colors you prefer for your own makeup line. All samples are full size and have same quality as the final goods. Printed packaging will be sent out together, to let you check how printing quality will be. You will receive shipping status by our logistic system.

Step two: At this stage, after you are satisfied with what we offer, and decide to move on, a project manager will prepare quotation and proforma invoice based on your requirement.Your company’s basic information and design request will be collected before design conducted.
A deposit of payment will be required before move on to the next step.

Step three: Once you make a deposit, a designer will be assigned for your project, who will design according to your design request and your logo provided. The designed artwork will be given to you and to obtain your approval for production. Once you confirm the artwork, there will be some extra charge if you want to amend the design, especially when production already begin.

Step four: Private label order production usually require 3 weeks. If you require a faster turn-around time, please talk to your PROJECT MANAGER about expediting for a Rush Fee (we will confirm if this service is available at time of your order). Please make sure to order carefully as all Private label orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Makeup Palette Pro is a global contract makeup manufacturer of prestige-quality, private label makeup products. Please contact us to get access to detailed pricing information for our full range of makeup product line and Packaging options.
Our price list features discounts based on quantities ordered. Your account manager will work with you on getting quotation.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
We don’t require large minimum order quantity to have your logo printed on the components and boxes. For bespoke formulas, colors and custom designed package, we may require larger MOQ to start the production. Please contact our sales representative for more details.

DECORATION OF PACKAGING
For private label line, we offer hot stamp print and UV colourful printing on the package of your choice. We are also able to custom make your own packaging as you request. Larger MOQ will be required. See more details at CUSTOM DECORATION FAQ.
PRODUCTION TIME
Generally our production time is 2 weeks to complete your production order. For bespoke cosmetics goods or packaging, it will take longer.
RUSH ORDER
We offer rush order, to minimize the production to 7 working days. Rush order service has extra charge.
PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY
Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be amended. Your order MUST be read back to insure accuracy. Please be sure your order is correct and complete at this time. All sales are final.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept bank transfer (T/T), Paypal, Western Union and Alibaba payment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
For private label printed order, order is not refundable. Before design, cancel is accepted, but 15% service fee is charged.
FDA REGULATIONS
Please make sure you label your products accordingly. It is necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling, packaging laws and regulations.
